CO₂ at low rate
More infoHide infoThe MI gives CO₂ at full load only.

Maximum CO
More infoHide infoAt full load. The Benchmark flowchart printed in the MI (MI p. 61) uses CO less than 350 ppm at maximum and minimum rate (one box on it says 335 ppm).
≤ 250 ppm≤ 250 ppm
CO/CO₂ ratio
More infoHide infoAt full load. The Benchmark flowchart printed in the MI (MI p. 61) uses a ratio less than 0.004 at maximum and minimum rate.
≤ 0.0031≤ 0.0026
O₂ at high rate
More infoHide infoAfter 5 minutes in full load mode with the front casing closed.

Working inlet pressure
More infoHide infoMeasured at the measuring nipple (lower screw) on the gas valve, boiler at full load in check programme P.01. Nominal flow pressure in the technical data: NG 20.0 mbar, LPG 37.0 mbar.
Gas valve test point
13.0–23.0 mbar
Gas valve test point
23.0–43.0 mbar
Gas rate at maximum
More infoHide infoNominal rate at the gas meter, with the permitted range (−10% to +5%) in brackets. Check after at least 5 minutes in check programme P.01 with the front casing fitted and all other gas appliances off. The MI lists these by nominal heat output (12, 15, 18, 24, 30, 37 kW, BS EN 483), not by model. The technical data (MI p. 63–64, based on hot water generation) gives rounded figures: NG 612 1.3, 615 1.7, 618 2.0, 624 2.6, 630 3.7, 637 4.1 m³/h; LPG 618 1.5, 624 1.9, 630 2.4, 637 3.0 kg/h. The 630 figure there (3.7 m³/h) doesn’t match the 3.27 m³/h in the gas rate table. The technical data lists 612 and 615 for natural gas only (I2H), though the gas rate table gives LPG figures for 12 and 15 kW.
612
1.31 m³/h (1.18–1.38)
615
1.64 m³/h (1.48–1.72)
618
1.97 m³/h (1.77–2.07)
624
2.61 m³/h (2.35–2.74)
630
3.27 m³/h (2.94–3.43), but 3.7 m³/h in the technical data
637
4.03 m³/h (3.63–4.23)
612
0.96 kg/h (0.86–1.01)
615
1.20 kg/h (1.08–1.26)
618
1.44 kg/h (1.30–1.51)
624
1.92 kg/h (1.73–2.02)
630
2.40 kg/h (2.16–2.52)
637
2.96 kg/h (2.66–3.11)

Check these figures against the MI for the appliance in front of you, matched by GC number and manual date. Combustion work needs a calibrated analyser and a Gas Safe registered engineer.
